2.7m (9') x Approx 75-100mm (3-4") Diameter Peeled Sweet Chestnut Posts.
Chestnut Posts locally sourced predominantly from West Sussex and Surrey.
Due to the faster growth cycle of sweet chestnut, ready to harvest in 12-30 years, it makes it four times as replenishable as slower growing species such as Ash and Oak trees which take 50-100 years.
Stock availability varies throughout the year and often fluctuates due to seasonal demand, it is also only cut during winter when the sap is down so there is often even more of a shortage during Summer/Autumn.
Orders placed will be confirmed within 1 working day and advised of our current lead times.
