Return and Refund Policy For Clothing & Footwear

  • Returns: Yes, we accept returns provided the boots/clothing are returned in their original packaging, unworn condition including all labels still attached and saleable condition, and notified within [14] days of purchase.
  • Exchange: If you wish to exchange for a different size or alternative product, this will be arrange once the goods have arrived back into our possession and have been thoroughly checked for labels attached and signs of wear, if we deem the good(s) to no longer be in resaleable condition we will return back to the original shipping address and no exchange will be given.
  • Refunds: will be given once the goods have arrived back into our possession and have been thoroughly checked for labels and signs of wear, if we deem the goods to no longer be in resaleable condition we will return back to the original shipping address and no refund will be given.
  • Shipping costs paid on the original order will be refunded if notified of return within14 days of purchase, and received within 14 days of notification of return. After this time shipping costs will not be refunded.
