By default, all items are standard delivery price to UK mainland.
UK Mainland prices exclude Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland and any other remote areas as described by the Royal Mail, we will do our best to accomodate, however we may need to contact you for any additional cost that may be incurred.
All items despatched in 1-2 working days, subject to stock and availability
Large Letters - Royal Mail -Under 2.5cm thick will be sent out on Royal Mail 24

Small parcels - Royal Mail - (weighing under 2kg) sent out Royal Mail 48
Not Tracked - £3.99

Medium parcels - Parcelforce Tracked - 2kg – 30kg sent out Parcel Force 24 - £9.50
Large Items – Large hand tools are delivered using Tuffnells or other couriers for ugly freight up to 25kg and 2m in length. - £18
Please note that Royal Mail non-tracked will only offer updates when delivery has been made or attempted, we strongly suggest using the tracked service for extra peace of mind.
For Non-Tracked Items we will be unable to re-send or refund the potentially lost goods until the 15th Working day from the date posted.

Palletised items - These will be sent out on a 48-hour courier service, additional cost may apply for tail lift offload, AM/PM Timed deliveries, Pre 10am, Saturday deliveries. Please make sure that a full address, phone number and any important delivery details are supplied, such as Road restrictions, Parking restrictions & Height/ Access restrictions as these will be delivered on large vehicles.
- For standard pallet deliveries £60 - Discounts applied on certain collections based on value of order.
- For Oversize Pallet deliveries - £90- Discounts applied on certain collections based on value of order.
Collections – Most items can be collect from our premises at Pallinghurst Farm, RH12 3BQ.
Some items listed may be sent straight from our suppliers.
If you would like an item sent by an express service please contact us, we will be glad to assist you.
We will make every effort to dispatch & deliver items in the stated times given, However sometimes it may be out of our control to do this. We aim to dispatch items ordered before 10am on the same day. Orders placed after 12pm on Fridays will be sent out on the following Monday. We are open 8am-5pm Monday to Fridays (Closed weekends & Bank holidays)

For the above postcodes we will aim to delivery within 2-10 Working days.
SO, TN, PO (Excluding Isle of Wight), RG, SL, UB, TW, SM, CR, BR, ME, CT £60 or Free on Orders Over £1800
For the above postcodes we will aim to deliver within 3-10 Working Days.
Delivery excludes ULEZ Charge, if applicable we will contact once the order is placed and advise this cost.
Any order placed from the Isle of Wight will be cancelled and refunded in full.
All orders will be subject to confirmation, if we cannot fulfill the order you will be advised within 1 Working day of placing the order.
Deliveries are kerbside only, we offer forklift offload, in the event that the delivery address has restrictions and we are unable to bring or use the forklift then there must be assistance provided by you (The Customer) to help our driver safely unload.
