Meet The Trench Rat - a tough, versatile all-rounder with a narrower profile for getting into the places a standard digging head just won’t.

Originally designed as a drainage spade, its narrow digging head makes it ideal for excavating trenches and working in tighter spaces. That slimmer profile also makes it a great tool for digging struts in when fencing.

The head sits at a slightly different angle to The Earth Junkie, with less offset from the shaft, giving The Trench Rat its own feel and making it particularly well suited to narrower excavation work.

The digging head is made from Hardox®️ 450 - high-strength, abrasion-resistant steel chosen to stand up to hard use and demanding ground conditions.

Compact, tough and useful for far more than just drainage, The Trench Rat is another proper all-rounder - just one that’s particularly happy getting into tight spots.
